The American College of Cardiology’s “Improving Pediatric and Adult Congenital Treatments” (ACC IMPACT) Registry® supports the development of evidence-based guidelines and quality improvement activities through review of multi-institutional performance benchmarks. This registry collects international, quality-focused data on the management and real-world outcomes of pediatric and adult congenital heart disease (CHD) patients who undergo diagnostic and interventional catheterizations.
The ACC IMPACT Registry provides participating hospitals with:
- Quarterly benchmark reports that compare our institution’s performance with a North American aggregate
- Executive summaries that offer big-picture reviews or at-a-glance assessments
- Evidence-based rationale for the meaningful use of new devices and emerging techniques
The National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR®) is the ACC’s suite of cardiovascular data registries helping us to measure and improve the quality of care we provide.
The WCCHN is proud to bring NCDR’s ACC IMPACT to Western Canada. Our first site went live in January 2019.
