Pam Reimer

Pam Reimer (Wiebe) is the Nurse Coordinator at the Children’s Heart Centre (located at the Children’s Hospital, HSC, in Winnipeg). Having been with the hospital for 28 years, Pam has supported countless families as they receive cardiac care and treatment. She serves as one of the main points of contact for Manitoba families who are travelling to other provinces for specialized care. She has been an active member of the WCCHN since 2017 serving on both the Nursing Coordinators Committee and the Integrated Advisory Board. As a mom to three children, Pam brings a caring attitude to her role. Outside of work, her personal interests include biking, walking, yoga and reading.
